Just a few simple thoughts today –
Yoga is wonderful. It’s a space of relaxation, meditation, and acceptance. Acceptance of life as it is with all its ups and downs with 2 headstrong young women really. Its an hour that’s solely mine and one that I”m reluctant to share with my girls . A place of calmness of mind. A place to breath and relax.
I can tell that I”m getting stronger as a yogi – my balance is better, my twists are stronger, plank pose is not so difficult anymore,it seems my confidence is growing – So many things. I regret not starting sooner.
It’s been good for me:)
